Each adult needs to make sure they have a form of ID
in order to pass through the entry gate.
Here are directions & map from the NASA Ames website:
From Highway 101 Northbound and Southbound
- Take the Moffett Field Exit.
- Take a right at the light.
- Proceed to the main gate and be prepared to show your identification.
- From there you will be directed to the appropriate parking areas.
From Central Expressway East (from Mtn. View) or West (from Sunnyvale)
- Exit Moffett Boulevard.
- Go straight, passing 5 stoplights.
- Proceed to the main gate and be prepared to show your identification.
- From there you will be directed to the appropriate parking areas.
From Highway 85 (Cupertino area)
- Exit Moffett Boulevard.
- Take a right at the stoplight.
- Go straight, passing three stoplights.
- Proceed to the main gate and be prepared to show your identification.
- From there you will be directed to the appropriate parking areas.
From 880 (Fremont area)
- Get on 237 West going towards Mtn. View.
- Take the Highway 101 N exit.
- Continue with directions from Highway 101 Northbound.
From El Camino Real
- Take Castro Street, heading north, and continue straight. Castro Street becomes Moffett Boulevard at the Central Expressway intersection.
- Continue straight on Moffett Boulevard, passing through 5 stoplights.
- Proceed to the main gate and be prepared to show your identification.
- From there you will be directed to the appropriate parking areas.
